Add our plugin repository in Jellyfin and install Jellyfin Relay, like any other plugin.
Register your server in your account and paste the one-time code into the plugin. That's the whole setup.
Your server gets its own address with a real HTTPS certificate. Open it in a browser or in any Jellyfin app.
Your server connects out to us, so it works behind any router, carrier-grade NAT, or a network you don't control. Nothing on your home network is exposed.
Web, phones, TVs and desktop apps sign in with your server's address and the Jellyfin accounts you already have.
Your server is matched to the relay closest to it, and moves to another one automatically if a relay has a problem. Relays today: ca-east.
Password guessing is slowed down, the setup wizard can't be reached from the internet, and Jellyfin sees each viewer's real address so your remote-access rules apply.
Nothing is uploaded or stored. Video streams straight from your server, encrypted, through the relay.
Turn remote access off and on from the plugin page in Jellyfin. Off means off, at once.
Pricing will be announced when the service opens. During the private alpha, invited testers use it free.
